Refund Policy for Digital Products

At VidCliqAcademy.com, we strive to provide you with high-quality digital content. Since our products are digital downloads, we want to ensure you have a smooth experience with your purchases.

Cancellation and Refunds
You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase without providing a reason. However, please note that refunds for digital products are only available if you have not yet downloaded the product.

To request a refund, please notify us by sending a clear statement of your decision to cancel the purchase. You can do so by email at services@vidcliq.com.

Once your refund request is received, we will process the refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds
In order for your refund request to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The digital product has not been downloaded.

Non-Refundable Digital Products
Please note that refunds cannot be processed for digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed. Additionally, products that are marked as "non-refundable" or are part of special offers may not be eligible for a refund.

Returning Goods
Since our products are digital, there is no need for you to return any physical goods. The refund will be processed once we confirm the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

Gifts
If the digital product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive the refund. If the product was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
