Since digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, our policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be granted if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

  • If the product has been downloaded, viewed, or accessed, it is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Coaching & Done-for-You Services

Since these services involve custom work, consulting, and coaching time, our policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Available if canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided no work has started.

  • Partial Refunds: Available within 7 days if less than 20% of the work has been completed (50% refund).

  • No Refunds: After 7 days or once coaching calls, strategy development, or digital deliverables have been provided.

Service Adjustments & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us within the first 30 days, and we will:

Payment Plans

  • If you opt for a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments once work has begun.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first violates this refund policy and will result in termination of services and loss of access to all products.

  • Any disputes will be handled according to our policy and purchase agreement.
